Submission guidelines

All paper and poster submissions should be made via EasyChair.
The deadline for paper and poster submissions is Thursday 31.10.2024.

Paper guidelines

The ATUT2024 paper submission guidelines are as follows:

  • This script has not been published before and has not been sent to another publication.
  • Cover pages with title, abstract (150 words), names, email addresses of authors and their affiliations
  • Next pages include the paper, and references.
  • Papers should be 5000 - 8000 words including references.
  • The file is submitted as a PDF document.
  • The page is A4 format with custom 2.54 cm margins on all sides.
  • Line spacing is one; the font size is 12; no underlining (except for URLs); all images, and tables are placed in the manuscript with captions below figures and above tables.
  • Figures and tables are not included in the word count.
  • Use APA referencing style and include URLs of sources if available.

Names and email addresses entered on the cite of this publication will be used exclusively for the purposes of this publication and will not be disclosed for any other purpose or to other parties.

Poster guidelines

Poster submissions for ATUT2024 should follow the official poster template and the instructions provided within.
  • The size of the poster is A1 (594 x 841 mm).
  • The file is submitted as a PDF document.

Publication

Accepted abstracts will be published in an online book of abstracts before the conference.

Authors intending to present at the conference must submit papers or posters via EasyChair.

Authors interested in publishing in Architectural Research in Finland (ARF) are encouraged to
do so. The submission process to ARF is independent, and presenters who wish to submit will do so individually. Submissions go through ARF's online submission system. Presenting at ATUT does not guarantee publication in ARF.
